Abra on East Street is the best auto repair shop. Not only do they listen to your wants and needs on your repair, but they make sure your car is repaired accurately. They make sure it is 150% and warranty their work. They update you on how it is looking, why there is a delay and when they think it will be completed.
I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car.

Sonia was a pleasure to work with. She was quick with her onsite estimate, interactive with my customer chitchat which told me the person I was interacting with has a personality, and kept in touch with me about a slight change in my estimate and repair time frame.
