The staff are friendly and helpful. They gave me a clear understanding of the repairs with a breakdown of cost and what my options were. My car was completed within the time frame they gave and returned to me sparkling on the outside and cleaned on the inside. This was above and beyond good service! I am thoroughly impressed with Spanaway Collision.

It honestly looks better than when I bought it. The left back bumper is a little misaligned from the tail, but it's not even noticeable unless you're searching. I think the light just needs to be adjusted. But that's all ok.
