This is the second time I have had car damage that has required body work. We have used Suttle Motors both times. The body work has been great. But far and away the best part of the experience has been the communication. I was given the chance to express my preferred method of communication and my preference was respected. I was updated almost daily. All interactions were professional and appropriate-not overwhelming and not too infrequently. I hope I don't have need for body work again, but will definitely request Suttle Motors if I do.
