The replacement tailgate that was installed on my pickup was not the style that the truck came with in 2008. I also wanted the entire bed inner liner replaced even if I had to pay the difference. I made this very clear to my technician, but when I went to pick up my vehicle, this was not done. I'm not one to raise a lot of hell over something like this, I simply tuck it away in my memory, and I most certainly will get the word around..

Spare tire was not put back properly. It's was lop-sided and had to get my dad to go under and fix it before we left Service King. When I opened driver side door, the floor mat and carpet surrounding, part of the driver seat was completely dirty. It looked like it was dried up mud. I also had to call to check the status of my car. Otherwise, the wheel and tire work done was good.
