Everyone was always cordial and very polite. My Honda looks goods. Very happy and no longer have to feel ashamed about the blotched headlight job that was done by Firestone in Rosedale. Presently waiting for Firestone to pay Hazelwood Body Shop so that i can bring Betsy home. Last evening I filed a complaint with the Firestone Corporate Office and was given reference file number. The Hazelwood Team performed their duties to the highest power of professional excellence. They should rightfully be paid for their services. We are now waiting on Justin **** the Store Manager for Rosedale Firestone to make
