Everything was completed in a timely manner. What was quoted by another body shop took Mall of Georgia Ford's body shop half the time! Their staff was friendly and courteous. When it came time to get my vehicle, they said they would call me to let me know when ready, but I had to call on multiple days to press for a pickup time. When I finally did pick up they were just doing a quick spray off as the truck was still wet. I would have thought that a detail clean would have been warranted on an 8k repair! Rick
