While I have been working with James the manager of the body shop this was arguably the worst experience I could have ever had when dealing with a repair of this nature. The shop denied work that was clearly needed, a key was lost, most importantly and most costly to me - an incorrectly repaired wheel (a different sized tire was added to my car) caused additional damage, time and money which I had to take on as my expense. The people are friendly but this could not have gone worse. It may have been a case of murphy's law but every definition of that law came into affect.

The door was not put on right and obviously was not test driven because the problem was fairly obvious. Lots of wind coming in. I had to take it back and get another rental care and lose more time at work.

I came here for a quick quote and ended up not needing a quote anywhere else based on how well I was treated. The final amount was less than I expected and the service was top notch.
