Bad service, I’m not going to use this auto body shop again. I will complaint to AAA as well. I have photos as a proof. I’m not satisfied with the repair and when I pick up the car it was dirty and with white dust everywhere on the inside. Looks like old car.

The repair of the vehicle seems to be very good. But the period of repair and delivery of the vehicle was changed several times making me very angry, because I lost serious appointments scheduled, time and money, thus making it difficult to trust this store. And also there was no bilingual service, the only person who spoke a little of another language that I could understand, was the receptionist, but spoke with me only 2 times because later was replaced by another. I hope that the service has been good without needing to use the guarantee because sincerely I would not go back to this store and if anyone asks me, I do not recommend!

Unacceptable quality of paint job for such a high quality body shop. I selected your shop because my excellent experience in the past, this time I got very bad quality painting. Never again I will use this shop. In the process of disputing this repair with insurance company.

The workmanship to fix my car was left to be desired. The colored of my bumper and trunk didn’t match by 5 shades. The paint color was off and was more brownish red than the original paint color that should have been metallic burgundy. I know this because I ordered a front bumper and the guy who painted was able to match the color without having my car for 17 days. The trunk and the left light didn’t align and there’s a gap between how they set the trunk and the left tail light to the original manufacturer setting. This may also cause potential leaking since it doesn’t aligned. My trunk didn’t open due to the impact of the accident however the right hinge now makes a noise because the workmanship could’ve been improved. The hindge and the lining need to be corrected because it makes a noise when you open and close the trunk which wasn’t there before. There’s also a dent due to the accident that caused the paint to chipped that wasn’t addressed that wasn’t there before the accident. Now I’m going to have to worry that there may be some potential corrosion. Not did I have to wait over 17 days for my car to be fixed but when I did I was pressured to filling out a survey to their satisfaction. I told the sales associate I didn’t even see my car to measure the service. And when I didn’t I was Scrutinize for not being corporation. I was basically uncomfortable giving my feedback right away when I didn’t have the time to evaluate the workmanship. However I went ahead and signed off so they could release my car. I took it home so realized they had put my logo upside down. My trunk logo reads a a V verse an A. A for Acura not Vcura. I really had high hopes for this autobody than the first one I took it too which was about half the price to fix it. I’m more disappointed that it took longer than expected but wouldn’t mind if the workmanship was done right. I’ll be contacting my insurance company to find a resolution.

Repairs not completed in a timely manner. Technician not taking responsibility for missing important aspect damage evaluation. At one point the technician told me that he does not manufacture parts while that was not the issue- that was kind of rude.

Good day, I’ve been using Mike’s Auto Body shop since 2014. I only had one issue with them when I had some work done on my Honda Civic and when it was returned to me my car key was broken. It was some back and forth with the body shop and their vendor to repair the key. Which was a inconvenience for me. But eventually I had a new key from the dealership. Moving forward I picked my Dodge Challenger up on ****/12/18 and noticed how dirty the car was. The inside floor mats were filthy including the inside door panels. I don’t understand as to why the inside wasn’t protected. I didn’t leave my car in that condition so why did I have it returned back to me that way. The inspector Gene was professional and courteous through out the entire ordeal. However I didn’t like my car been returned to me that way.
