From the first moment I walked in the door I was treated as if I was the only person they has to deal with. (And we all know that is not true.) I was treated with the greatest respect, kept up to date by email and My car was finished even before I thought it would be.
They knew who I was when I walked in, even the man who had not seen me. They walked me through everything that was going to happen and what I needed to do.

DEVIN TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF ME. I WAS 100% SATISFIED. HE KEPT ME UP TO DATE THE WHOLE TIME, AND EVEN THOUGH IT TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THEN EXPECTED HE EXPRESSED HIS CONCERN TO MAKE SURE EVERY DETAIL WAS TAKEN CARE OF. EVEN WHEN HE SAID IT WOULD BE DONE, HE CALLED AND SAID HE WASN'T HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME AND WANTED IT TO BE PERFECT. I ALSO TOLD HIM I DID NOT NEED IT TO BE DETAILED AND I WOULD TAKE IT THE WAY IT SAT HE SAID HE WAS NOT LETTING IT LEAVE HIS SHOP WITHOUT PERFECTION. I WILL RECOMMEND EVERY TIME TO GO TO DEANS.
