Received my car with a flat tire while picking it up after being serviced. This was because a screw with washer was ran over in the shop while serviced. I had to go and take it myself to get fixed waited in line 2 hours at Ford, get it plugged, which plugs are not safe and come out. Then, I look and my muffler was sticking out. Not happy
