Could not have been more pleased with my experience. I haven’t been in an accident like this before so I don’t know how much of this is typical practice or areas that CCC went above and beyond, but throughout the whole process the staff was nice and accommodating, from setting up the rental, working with the insurance company, etc. Made what I anticipated being a hassle go as smoothly as possible, and my repairs seem to be of good quality. I appreciate their service and would highly recommend.
