Only had the car less than 12 hours. Can only talk current satisfaction. You have done work for us in the past and we have always been very satisfied. The fact that you all deal very well with the insurance company takes a lot of stress off us. I like the updates you send out via text, only suggestion would be to send out update on day car is expected to be completed before noon on status of whether there will be delays or not. We do not mind that it took an extra day, would rather know it was done right. Just need time to cancel pickup arrangements since we live an hour away. Thanks again for the great service.

I was aggravated I got the call so late in the day that it was done. All of the text “updates” said it wouldn’t be completed until Friday. I had to leave work early and still barely made it there by 5. Thankful Brandon was willing to stay if I was a few minutes late. I would have been really upset if I would have had to pay an extra day in the rental car on my dime. That and I think my four year old could have probably washed it better lol but the repair looks great!
