Tim did a great job but there were so many other issues. When I was finally called to pick up my vehicle, there was an entire part of the repair not done because the employee who took initial pictures and told me that that part of the repair would be built in to the cost and would be fixed did not let Tim know at all. So then I had to have my rental for another 6 days. A repair that I was told would take a week took almost a month so I ended up with a $600 bill for my rental. I just wish there had been some communication at the one week mark that it would be quite a bit longer so I could’ve made different arrangements so I wouldn’t get stuck with an astronomical bill for the car. Like I said the work is great, just disappointed with the runaround and the lack of communication.

Was not informed on the progress on my repairs. And didn't receive a copy of my alignment completion my car wasn't completed on date stated.
