The car repair and the final result was really good and I was happy about the inside of the car - it was cleaned very much - I did not expect that -thank you !
There was less communication on the loaner car that I drove - I thought it was part of the deal with no charge .... was mis-communication on that issue....... who's fault ? I am not sure - but your staff was very cooperative when I checked out and we reached a good compromise. Thank you all !

the overall experience was very good .
in addition to the accident claim . i had asked for a few scratches near the fender fixed. the plastic fender guard had s few scratches and i did not want it replaced . when the car was returned the fender had additional scratches that looked like it was the result of an orbital sander . so while experience was good i was very disappointed with the fender .
