I came into the shop very stressed about the situation with my car. I believe the staff sensed that and took extra care to answer all of my questions, and assured me that all would be ok. Jackie was very reassuring and Ryan kept me updated in every step of the process with the insurance and the repair also making sure he understood my request for repair and not a loss and conveying that to the insurance. The repair was beautifully done. I am quite happy. They made me feel that they really cared about my vehicle and getting me going again. If I had to rate my experience I would say. 50 out of 10. LOL! They were just that good. I highly recommend.

While you all did try to massage the dent out - I brought it in hoping a PDR guy would be doing it. I had to contact another PDR company to remove the crease/dent that happened and that was not there before the install.
While I cannot prove it was damaged in your guys care and you cannot prove that it wasn't, I expected a better response. I am having to pay a guy $150.00 to remove the crease. He also said it is highly unlikely this type of crease happened on the road and suspects it happened during the repair.
