Ladies is in the office we’re absolutely amazing!! Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!! The tech that helped get my daughter’s speaker out of the trunk which was smashed was really helpful and polite!! Absolutely recommend!!! Thank you all!!!

Had to go out of town was reluctant if I could leave my vehicle there and have it ready when I was on vacation for 3 days when I walked in I was greeted by a friendly professional stuff but listen to me and make sure they met all of my repair needs. When I pick my car up I had already known because I kept me informed about the process every day when I was out of town and then when I picked it up it was clean they walked me around my vehicle they asked me if I had questions they explain the repairs to me and they were totally 100% professional on the quality of work looks outstanding! I would definitely recommend miles Collision Center Sue anyone from a fender bender to a major repair!

When I picked up my vehicle, everything in the back looked nice until I got into my car started it and headed for the road. There was a great orange check engine light and now I’ve been stressed all day because I use my vehicle to work and I had already returned the rental that I was provided and then hoping that they fix the check engine light that wasn’t on before I brought my car into the shop.

Everyone was so helpful, especially since I am a fleet driver and I feel that sometimes there is a stigma when it comes to fleet vehicles.
I was given a pretty nice description of repair performed as we did our walk around which was also nice.
And I also appreciated the fact that there is a relationship with the rental car store where I could leave my car with Miles and they returned it for me.
This is the second or third time I have had repair work done here and been pleased each time I had service.
