It took longer than anticipated, and I left there with an tire pressure light on that I was told would "go off" on its own. that was not true. I would have felt better knowing that I would leave there with a car that was 100% in shape to drive after such a large cost to fix. also, I used my A/C this weekend, and it was not cold, so I am not sure if that was damaged in the accident or not.

The wrong trailer hitch was installed. The bumper camper tie downs were not installed. Also the backup sensors are not working correctly; in fact one appears to not work at all. I will be bringing it back. I specifically pointed it the size of the hitch when I brought it in . Hopefully you still have the old one. Thanks, Jim.

It took too long to get it to your facility. It was at Wittmeier Collision since Saturday July 23 and didn't get to it until 27th and where u bought the Rims
Screwed up. it caused me too much anxiety on the day was leaving for Sac Airport and caused me other complications. staff truely tried and were extremely nice; job looks great and rides good.

When I took a close look at the car I noticed paint flaws in the "sail panel" behind the second door, which was a repair area, when I look down the area of main damage it is clear to me that those areas telegraph through, as if they weren't finished well enough. The car was supposed to be done on Thursday the 7th and I didn't get it back until Monday the 11th so I really didn't want the hassle and cost to my insurance company to bring it back to have the repair repaired.
