The service was very good. However, from the first day, the car was placed under a different incorrect name. We requested on multiple occasions at Vans to correct the error. We even talked to our insurance agents to talk to Vans and correct this major issue. Despite multiple attempts at correcting the real owners name, everything including the warranty summary remains in the incorrect names, and not the true owners of the car. Unacceptable.
Afterwards, I had to ask Kim to send us a warranty statement with the correct owners names.
Very frustrating….our car in some other name. Rather ridiculous and unacceptable.
The actual service and staff were outstanding and we appreciate that very much, but this incorrect ownership name really frustrated and subtracted from our experience.
