This was supposed to be a easy positive experience. I ended up having multiple trips into the shop for things not being correct or not fixed. This was a major inconvenience and made me miss work. Every trip in was a 3 hour deal minimum as had the Enterprise rental from Hwy 41 store.
After everything, the truck was fixed almost 100% and I say that due to the door panel clip that was broken being bondod on instead of the entire panel being replaced as I feel it should have been. I run a construction company which meant everytime I took off work for this (3 return trips) I lost money. due to the extra inconveniences which I had due to the crappy work of the first tech, I do not plan to use Kenny Kent for future work or plan to refer anyone.
