Jeff was great at getting everything handled with the insurance. The insurance underestimated the repairs so he took it above and beyond to perform a thorough estimate and submit to insurance. Since he was very detailed, the insurance approved it right away. Also, my truck was done a lot sooner than expected. Great service Jeff!

Front passenger door is gummed up after repair. It is slow to respond to key fab button command. Was not an issue prior to service.
Service took too long for a simple repair. It seemed like they were squeezing money out of me for the rental car, which you are associated with.

The repairs to the bumper were not completed correctly. The fasteners inside of the fender wells into the air dam underneath or not reconnect it properly. There’s also a problem with a previous repaired done some months ago. The trunk does not close smoothly and there is a gap between the interior lining and the exterior bumper that was not there before.
