Customer service and information about what was going on was a complete joke. They have no clue about how to keep a customer informed. I have purchased several new vehicles and a used Lexus from this store and have had wonderful treatment from the sales staff. This body shop is a joke. For all the money I have spent here, it was embarrassing. When they finally got the work done. The repairs were nice. I should made you eat my deductible.
