It would be nice if they would keep the client informed on the status of their vehicle. Instead of the client calling to find out. Also my lug knot for my tire was never put back. I informed the person in charge of my car and I still haven't got my lug nut returned. Hope I Don't get a flat cause if I do I'll be very upset.

I spoke with the manager already about the issue. My side mirror was never addressed & both of the door seals are falling off. I live out of state, so now I have to take the car in Again!
