It is rare these days, unfortunately, to find true customer service. You all are the very definition of customer service!!! From the time I first met to schedule the work, to the time my car was picked up...every step and everybody involved was exceptional. I don’t know how you did it, but even when you contacted my insurance company to confirm my deductible amount, you got that deductible lowered even further. Amazing! And my car wasn’t just washed when th work was done. It was detailed! Wow! I really cannot say enough good things about this experience. Thank you.
