everything was great from the time i brought the car in for the guy to look at until we picked it up.The only thing was that when i originally brought it in the guy got in the car with me to hear the "noise" that was coming out the back. he knew immediately that it was the heat shield and he said they'd fix it. when my husband came to pick it up it wasn't fixed. he had to insist that I spoke with somebody and they said they'd fix it. Problem was that the original guy didn't write it down on the estimate. I should have made sure he wrote it on there but he told me it was no problem.

UNHAPPY....multiple issues!!!!
The steering wheel is tipped, the traction control is bad, dash lights are flashing, ABS kicks on....not aligned, pulls right
Nose piece between hood and nose has big gap! I'm FURIOUS! & extremely unhappy!!!!!
