The experience was great. Took my vehicle in on Tuesday, and my rental vehicle was there and ready for me. I was in and out very quickly and on my way. Received text messages daily with updates on ordering parts, and bestimated repair time. They expected to have my vehicle for 6 days,but by Friday of the same week,I received a text that my vehicle was done and ready for pick up. I picked it up inspected the repairs and was very pleased with the work they even cleaned the inside of the car. I was able to leave the rental vehicle at the repair shop to be picked up. Excellent service.!

Your ladies on the reception desk are an asset to your company. They were professional and polite and went out of their way to help me. Your facility is very clean and modern and very impressive. Upon collection of my car I found it still had shattered glass on the windscreen from the collision. The person who had ‘cleaned’ the car had left for the day, so one of the ladies from reception dealt with this immediately, apologized and cleaned it herself ! Thankyou !

Kept me informed on progress of repair and any additional parts needed as they disassembled the vehicle so that adjuster could approve the part. On day of pickup by my fault I was running slightly late and they waited until I got there after hours to pick up my vehicle. Great customer service!
