Getting the car signed in was a horrible experience. The body shop and the insurance provider kept passing the buck. It was very nerve wrecking as the customer getting checked in.
During the repair process the person assigned to me would not return any of my calls. She chose to consistently text me instead. So I had to resort to text messages when trying to get information.
For the actual repair, the paint was a complete match and looked good at eye level, however; they did not paint the entire replacement panel. The panel was white underneath. In the future the team may want to consider reviewing the completed work thoroughly before releasing back to customer.
