The work done on my car was great! I will definitely be coming back if I ever need more work done. My one downfall would be the workplace is quite dirty which is expected but it was dirty with food containers and wrappers.

They did a terrific job and the lady at the front desk was very efficient and helpful! (Also friendly and sympathetic.). So appreciated! While the folks st Enterprise were nice I did not like having to put up a $150. conditional fee on my credit card. I was told this would be credited back when I returned the car. When I returned the rental car this morning they did not immediately credit me. Told me it might be held another week! Jan at Sernio’s took care of that. She contacted Enterprise and arranged immediate credit. It was very thoughtful!
