(The one area that I believe needed improvement was a break down in communication. My car was in the Milpitas shop but without my knowledge it ended up at the Santa Clara shop.) I appreciated the credit I received for paying my deductible. Popi gave me a personal ride to get my rental car. That was fantastic. I received a ride from the Santa Clara shop to the Milpitas shop, from your staff, not knowing that my car had been taken back to Milpitas. All in all, very satisfied with Tony's help to get me the Toyota original part after the after market part failed. I would be more than happy to use M & S, in the future. Due to a delay on the parts on backorder, I was kept aware of how much longer it would be until the parts came in. Thank you, Lori J
