I was quite impressed with the service and communication with everyone I encountered at Carstar. From the receptionist to the our main contact person, Kenny, -- everyone was courteous, polite, and open to answer questions. My car was ready (and cleaned/detailed!) a day early.
The check in and check out process was easy and you can tell they take care of their customers. I also liked the email updates -- you never wonder what's happening and when you might possibly get your car back.
