I liked the fact that expectations were made clear upfront so I knew what to expect. There were communications I received throughout the process while my auto was in the shop. The repairs were completed one day earlier than estimated. My auto was returned to me in very nice condition. The exterior was washed and the interior was vacuumed. The extra mile helped make the entire experience positive.

It was clear that they a) knew a lot about Subaru's and how to repair the problem, and b) they care A LOT about doing a quality job and making sure their customers feel taken care of.
